Amazon Music Podcasts — Reimagining Campaign Operations for Enterprise Podcasting

Overview

ART19 is Amazon Music’s enterprise podcast publishing and advertising platform used by publishers such as Wondery, NPR, and The New York Times. I led the end-to-end redesign of the campaign creation and management experience, driving both a foundational UX re-architecture and a visual refresh of the platform.

The work focused on enabling large publishers to plan, categorize, and manage campaigns at scale across multiple podcast series and RSS feeds. This included redefining campaign taxonomy and tagging models to improve reporting visibility, as well as introducing bulk management workflows to support high-volume operations.

The redesign reduced campaign creation time by nearly 50% and decreased internal customer support requests related to campaign management by 60%, improving operational efficiency for publishers while significantly reducing overhead for internal teams.
